Refund & Return Policy – Zora Jewellers
Thank you for shopping with Zora Jewellers. We take great pride in offering high-quality gold and gemstone jewellery. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Items must be returned in original packaging with certificates and tags intact
Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required
Please note: Due to hygiene and quality control, earrings and customized jewellery are not eligible for return.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
We offer exchanges for:
Wrong size (for rings or bangles)
Defective or damaged products
Please contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Customized or engraved jewellery
Items purchased on special promotions or clearance
Products showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering
If your order arrives damaged or faulty:
Contact us immediately with photos or video proof
We will offer a replacement or full refund based on availability and your preference
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost
In the case of a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return label
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
